The Repair Process
Yes! We carry a professional colour-matching scheme in the back of each van to mix and paint the exact colour of your vehicle. You won’t even be able to see where we have repaired it!
We use the exact same methods as a traditional bodyshop. We pull, skim, prime, refinish, flat and polish every repair to assure perfection.
Typically, 90% of our repairs take just 3 to 6 hours to complete, depending on the type and severity of the damage. You can drive away the very same day.
We use a gazebo to protect the vehicle and shelter the repair area from most weather conditions, ensuring a high-quality finish regardless of the forecast.
We focus solely on cosmetic body paint repairs on cars. We do not cover: cars older than 30 years old, wheels, roofs, bonnets, bikes, interior damage, replacement parts, panel alignment or broken components.
Before Your Repair
We simply need a safe place to park our van near your vehicle, enough space to work around the damaged area, and access to a standard mains power socket within 25 metres. We handle the rest!
We ask that the area to be repaired is generally clean and free of heavy dirt or mud so we can accurately assess and prepare the surface. A quick wash with warm water is perfect — please avoid using any silicone-based cleaners or waxes beforehand.
No! Whether we are at your work or home, we only need you to be there at the beginning and the end of the repair, allowing you to get on with your day.
After Your Repair
Yes! Because we use infrared heat lamps to fully cure and bake the paint, your car is ready to drive the moment we finish.
To keep your new finish looking perfect, we advise that you avoid washing or polishing the repaired area for at least 5 to 7 days. This allows the fresh clear coat to fully harden and cure.
Yes! We don’t charge you if you are not satisfied with the result. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and have a range of warranty choices, with our lifetime warranty being the most popular.
Yes! We offer 1-year, 2-year and lifetime warranty packages alongside our pricing to match your specific needs. Please note that our lifetime warranty covers paintwork, excluding rust or previous repairs.

We are usually booked out 1 to 3 weeks in advance, depending on your area and the severity of the damage.
Yes, we currently take a 10% deposit upon booking to lock in your dedicated repair slot.

Third-Party Damage
Not a problem. We deal with you directly and quote as usual. The other party will need to pay you before we can book you in for the repair.
Not a problem! We will need the details of the vehicle’s owner. You will need to pay the vehicle owner directly, and we will then book the repairs with the owner of the damaged vehicle.
